LumenFrame Studio ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our independent software applications, including Lumen Node and Lumen Switcher.

2. Lumen Node (Mobile Application)

Lumen Node is a mobile application designed to transform your device into a broadcast-grade SRT/RTSP wireless studio camera. To function properly, the app requires the following explicit permissions:

• Camera & Microphone Access: Lumen Node requires access to your device's camera and microphone strictly for the purpose of capturing audio and video for your live stream (via SRT/RTSP) and local ISO recording.
• No Remote Data Collection: We DO NOT collect, store, upload, or transmit your audio, video, or image data to our own servers or any third-party analytics services. Your media is streamed directly to the network destination (e.g., OBS, vMix) that you manually configure, or saved entirely locally on your device.

3. Lumen Switcher (Desktop Application)

Lumen Switcher is a distinct and separate desktop application designed for local video rough-cut and slicing. Silence detection, motion scanning, and optional on-device speech matching against your profanity lexicon are performed strictly locally on your hardware. We do not upload your media files, transcripts, or timeline metadata to our servers. License checks may contact the license vendor to validate a key and a hardware fingerprint.

4. Device and Diagnostic Data

When you activate a paid license for Lumen Switcher, we may collect a cryptographic hardware fingerprint (such as a hashed motherboard ID) to manage "node-locked" license limits and prevent piracy. This hash cannot be reverse-engineered to identify you personally.

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing and license fulfillment are handled securely by authorized online payment processors and Merchant of Record partners (e.g., Lemon Squeezy / Stripe). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial credentials on our servers.
