By downloading, installing, or purchasing software provided by LumenFrame Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws.
Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual right to use the software. Unless specified otherwise, each standard retail license is valid for activation on up to 1 physical machine. Machine binding is enforced via hardware fingerprint validation.
Our order process and payment handling are conducted by authorized online Merchant of Record resellers (such as Lemon Squeezy). The Merchant of Record is responsible for handling customer service inquiries, billing, and applicable sales tax/VAT remittances.
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. LumenFrame Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
