We provide a fully functional 30-day free calendar trial for our software. We strongly encourage all users to download and test the software thoroughly with their local workflow, media formats, and hardware environment before purchasing a perpetual license.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No complex justification is required.
To request a refund, simply send an email to ricky@lumenframestudio.com with your order reference number, license key, or the email address used at checkout. We will process your request within 2 business days. Once refunded, the associated license key will be automatically deactivated.
If you experience any billing issues or accidental duplicate charges, please contact our support team directly before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving payment inquiries amicably and promptly.
